Flexible way to remap block types.

`/Bind OriginalBlock ReplacementBlock`

Assigns one block type to another. Allows you to build block types that may not normally be built directly, such as: admincrete, water, grass, lava, doublestep.

`/Bind BlockToReset`

Resets binding for a given blocktype. Equivalent to typing /Bind SameBlock SameBlock.

`/Bind`

Resets ALL of your bindings.
