Lists all Ranks on the server, which are visible to all players. The ranks have a linear hierarchy, where the highest rank is listed at the top of the list and the lowest at the bottom. The list also supplies information about how many players have said rank, which may help indicate the rank's value. Further information about each rank can be viewed with /RankInfo
