Players with both UseColorCodes and Say permissions can spoof any message. Be careful when giving both permissions to a rank. |

Broadcasts a message to all players on the server. Messages produced by /Say are not prefixed by the player name, but are normally highlighted in a special color. Color is configurable via ConfigGUI's chat tab; default is Green (2).
Muted players cannot use /Say, but frozen players can. Players who are deafened will not see the message. Prior to fCraft 0.630 players who are ignoring the sender would not see the /Say messages.
