Used to broadcast announcements in a special color. The message will display for all players on the server. You can also use ColorCodes when broadcasting if the player that is broadcasting is allowed to this. The Administrator can change the default color (the color used if you don't use any ColorCodes) using 'ConfigTool < Chat < /say message color'. Default: Magenta
