Players with both UseColorCodes and Say permissions can spoof any message. Be careful when giving both permissions to a rank. |

Broadcasts a message to all players on the server. Messages produced by /Say are not prefixed by the player name, but are normally highlighted in a special color. Color is configurable via ConfigGUI's chat tab; default is Green (2).
Muted players cannot use /Say, but frozen players can. Players who are deafened and players who are ignoring you will not see the message.
