Restarts the server remotely. If you want the server to shut itself down, use /Shutdown instead. Note that this command is very unreliable under Mono.
/Restart <Delay>
- Restarts the server after a specified delay.
/Restart <Delay> <Message>
- Restarts the server after a specified delay. The given message is announced in the countdown.
/Restart Abort
- Aborts any current shutdown or restart countdown. Equivalent to
/Shutdown abort
