Manages ban exemptions. Players who are marked as ban-exempt are allowed to log in from banned IPs. No warning is shown for ban-exempt players who share IP with banned players. Ban-exempt players cannot be banned by /Ban, /BanIP, or /BanAll until the exemption is removed. Ban-exemption status of a player is shown in player's /Info and /BanInfo records.
/BanEx +PlayerName
- Adds a ban exemption.

- Removes a ban exemption.
