Further 0.61x versions will be released in case of serious bugs, stability, or security issues are discovered. No new features are planned for addition in 0.61x.

Next major release will focus on extensibility. Feature list is still uncertain. Some things that may make it in will be:
  • CLI version of ConfigGUI - 50% complete
  • An option to use a MySQL backend for PlayerDB storage - 75%
  • A searchable event log (kicks, bans, ranks, etc) - 0%
  • New bandwidth metering/throttling system, to reduce lag - 0%
  • Revamping of the permission system, to allow fine per-command control - 10%
  • Changing the way worlds are stored to allow organization by folders, embedding permissions, and ability to add/remove worlds simply by pasting/deleting the corresponding file - 0%
  • Plugin loader and manager - 50%
  • Total API documentation - 60%
  • Priority-aware event system - 20%
  • Set of command-line utilities (batch map conversion, batch map previews) - 60%

fCraft 0.701-0.999

No feature releases are planned beyond 0.700, only bugfix releases.

fCraft 1.000

Once 0.7xx branch is finalized and bug-free, it will be renamed 1.0.
