Toggles "static mode" on and off. When on, any command that involves selecting blocks (e.g. /BInfo, /Measure, /Cuboid and other draw commands, /ZTest) will be automatically retyped as soon as you finish a selection. This saves you the hassle of retyping the command.
Note that when you toggle "static mode" off, the most-recently-started selection does NOT get automatically canceled. Use /Cancel to do it.
When you change worlds, any selection will get cancelled.
