Used to broadcast announcements in a special color. The message will display for all players on the server. If you are allowed to UseColorCodes you can broadcast with this. The Administrator can change the default color (the color used if you don't UseColorCodes) using 'ConfigTool < Chat < /say message color'. Default: Green (2)
