/massrank FromRank ToRank [silent]
Demotes/Promotes all existing players that obtain a certain rank, to another.
You can either do this, With the server displaying all the players being promoted/demoted, or silently, so one will get spammed and what not.
Ex:
/massrank regular guest
Or
/massrank regular guest silent
