/Zadd
Creates a zone in which only a certain rank and above can build/destroy in. Zones created will override any world permissions active on the world. After typing the command with the desired parameters, the zone is created similar to a /Cuboid, which is by clicking between two blocks or using /Mark.
Extra zone parameters can be added and existing ones removed or edited by using /ZEdit.
