Depending on your configuration, it can be automatically launched to always stay up-to-date. The UpdateInstaller has the latest fCraft build embedded and extracts it to replace the current fCraft binaries.<br /> <br /> UpdateInstaller doesn&#039;t normally change the &lt;CODE&gt;config.xml&lt;/CODE&gt; or &lt;CODE&gt;PlayerDB.txt&lt;/CODE&gt;, so all configuration and player info is preserved. config.xml updating is done only by the ConfigGUI, while the PlayerDB is converted to a possible new version by the server itself.<br /> <br /> UpdateInstaller is normally started by the server front-end, which will exit itself to allow for a clean update.</div>
