:Shows build permissions for given world.

:Sets build rank for given world. All players of the given rank or higher will be able to build in the world, unless they are blacklisted.

:*Adds player to the world's build whitelist, allowing them to build regardless of rank. If player is already whitelisted, nothing happens.
:*If player is blacklisted, they are removed from the blacklist. {{cmd|WBuild}} needs to be called again to whitelist them.

:*Adds player to the world's build blacklist, prohibiting them from building regardless of rank. If player is already blacklisted, nothing happens.
