Broadcasts a message to all players on the server. Messages produced by [[/Say]] are not prefixed by the player name, but are normally highlighted in a special color. Color is configurable via ConfigGUI's chat tab; default is {{ColorGreen}}.

Muted players cannot use [[/Say]], but frozen players can. Players who are [[/Deaf|deafened]] will not see the message. Prior to fCraft {{Changelog|0.630}} players who are ignoring the sender would not see the [[/Say]] messages.
