The CommandReader type exposes the following properties.

| HasNext | Checks whether there is another argument available.

| IsConfirmed | Whether this command has been confirmed by the user (with /ok) |
| Name | Name (lowercase) of the command. |
| Offset | Gets or sets current offset, in characters, from the beginning of the raw message. |
