Filters a collection of players, leaving only those below the given rank.

Parameters

IEnumerable<(Of <(<'Player>)>)>
Original collection of players. Will not get modified.
maxRank
Rank
All ranks below this one will be kept. This and higher ranks will be filtered out.

Return Value

Filtered collection of players.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEnumerable<(Of <(<'Player>)>)>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
